So, I finally got around to setting up BIMI for my business, and let me tell you - it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. First, I had to make sure that SPF, DKIM and DMARC were configured correctly. This took some digging, but once that was done, I thought I was all set. But no! If you want your logo to show up in Gmail, you also need a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC). This was an extra step, but it was worth it. Now every time I send an email, my brand logo appears in it, and the number of opens has noticeably increased.
