Ex-soldier Kong get involved into a criminal case and sentenced to death in Mainland China. During the day of execution, he got a chance to escape and leave for Hong Kong. On his way to Hong Kong, he meets Sam (Chicken Heart) and Sheung Mun. Kong and Mun fall in love at their first sight.
As an ex-soldier, Kong is famous for his physical strength. As a reason, a gang of criminals catch Sheung Mun as hostage and forces Kong to help them in robbery. Meanwhile, a Gong An (Yeung) from China is tracing Kong all the way to Hong Kong...
